Due to the continuing growth and development of the Executive division within Burns Carlton, we are actively looking for a Research Consultant to join our team. This is an integral role within the business and vital in regards to delivering an excellent service to our clients.
Our focus is on Senior Assignments and high value retained projects. You will be part of a focused, energetic and driven team who have a strong inclination towards high profile prestige companies. Research is absolutely fundamental to the success of this process.
This role will involve an exciting and challenging array of research, from advert launching, CV searching, organisational mapping and Headhunting to secure the best candidates in the market place. This is a candidate oriented role, so it is essential that you are confident in articulating to Senior Managers and Directors both on the telephone and face to face.
You will preferably be of Graduate caliber and have a practical background and general business appreciation. The most important criteria, is that you have a first-class work ethic.
