Head of Professional Services (Front Desk) Telecommunications
£70,000-£90,000 + bonus + benefits, dependent on skills & experience
Based Central London
We are a leading provider of Communications Solutions to corporate clients across Europe, specialising in solution based service across data, voice and managed services. We own and operate one of Europe's most advanced networks with unmatched breadth and city density.
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing for Major Enterprise (which is the Business Unit servicing our major corporate clients), this role requires an experienced Professional Services professional to co-ordinate FrontDesk operations across Europe.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with a proven track record of commercial delivery in the Telecommunications environment, specifically Professional Services, and seeking to consolidate their career experience with a move into a highly commercial role. You will be highly motivated and team oriented with superb communication, presentation and matrix management skills. Strong commercial acumen is essential.
