An opportunity to join the management team of a well-known Customer Loyalty technology and consulting business within the position of Director of their Consulting practice.
About the Role
The consulting director is responsible for selling and delivering Customer Loyalty & Retention and CRM consulting services to existing clients and prospects. Working with a small team of consulting professionals, and in collaboration with the global consulting team, this individual will engage with senior executives, scope consulting projects, and deliver consulting expertise around customer experience.
What We're Looking For
The business is looking to appoint an experienced consultant who will bring their expertise and knowledge of customer loyalty and retention to bear within this progressive technology and consultancy business. You will have most likely worked for a management consultancy and had responsibility for people management, leading business development and successful account growth.
