My client is a global professional services firm that helps organizations improve performance through effective people, risk and financial management. The firm provides innovative solutions in the areas of human capital strategy, program design and management, and in the areas of risk and capital management, reinsurance intermediary services and actuarial consulting.
About the Role
My Client is currently seeking an experienced Research Director who will manage the research team of 5 members in the European headquarters in London and support the business at different stages of the project management and research process including running the analysis of survey data.
What Were Looking For
Contribute to new business development activities primarily in Europe, but also internationally.
Build and manage long-term client relationships.
Design, structure and implement business-critical research projects.
Interpret data and deliver comprehensive analysis and feedback to clients.
Design and deliver presentations, support workshops.
Present research findings at academic and HR conferences.
Hands-on analysis and interpretation of data from client research projects, as required
The Successful candidate should have the following criteria:
Minimum degree level or higher
Extensive experience and expertise within analysis software
German, French or any other European language would be beneficial
Excellent written and oral communication skills
