My client is an International company headquartered in Surrey, and provides products and services in the area of psychometric selection and change management. They are looking to recruit a Product Manager to join an existing team at their UK Head Office.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of products to world-class standards within commercial parameters agreed with their manager, to include existing portfolio management, new product development, and product marketing. A background of general Product Management and an emphasis in Product Development / Talent Management would be ideal.
The Role:
· To work with Product Development and Marketing Communications on specifying, prioritising, developing, releasing and launching new and enhanced products within the portfolio.
· Write market and product strategy for development oriented products
· Reviews of current development products and platforms
· Product Roadmaps and Discontinuation Plans
· Write specifications for new product development tools
· Investigate, commission or buy content, e.g. development tips from internal or external sources.
· Research into client user groups around both end products and technology
· Investigate possible 3rd party systems and vendors to partner with or buy in this space
A minimum of 3 years Product Management experience would be beneficial to the role, as well as the ability to travel to Surrey (Kingston / Surbiton area) daily. Around 30-35 minutes direct from Waterloo.
