Ireland Senior Client Service Executive (based in London)
Salary: circa 30k + fantastic benefits
Location: West London
One of the longest established & prestigious market research companies in Britain are seeking the Senior Client Services Executive to manage their Irish business (Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland). Please note that the role will be based in the client's modern offices in West London. However frequent travelling to both Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland will be required.
The scope of our work is broad and covers the following:
·Identifying sales opportunities
·Actively going out to prospects to promote your business unit
·Managing the team finances including budgeting and financial target setting
·Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the suite of products offered to cleints
·Training clients on how best to use the data
·Conducting regular review meetings with clients
·Frequent travelling to both Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland
Ideal Candidate:
·Degree or equivalent (preferred 2:1)
·Good presenter (proven track record of presentations in a commercial environment)
·Able to analyse & interpret data and find "stories"
·Able to prioritise and manage lots of different tasks
·Excellent client service skills
·Ability to manage a budget and target set
·Media/advertising background an advantage
·Knowledge of Ireland would be a significant advantage
·A strong interest in Ireland is essential
·Sales experience a definite benefit
·Experience of a client facing role
·In addition you must be outgoing & confident with drive & determination to succeed & enthusiasm and willingness to use initiative
·You must also be commercially orientated & committed to financial management
