The company work within several sectors however the require a Business Development Manager with experience in the commercial office market. You will form a key part of a vibrant and energetic Sales and Marketing Department that will generate and deliver turnover and profitability for the company by developing existing customer relationships and converting prospects into valued customers where the onus is on a life time value and not short term gain. The emphasis will be to continue to evolve our profile with our developing customer base, understand their requirement and actively seek out opportunity for further discussion.
The company are looking for a sales, business development and marketing individual to break in to emerging markets. Reporting in the Sales and Marketing Director you will be tasked to liaise with existing clients as well as bringing accounts and new contracts on board.
The company have a clear business plan and direction and a fresh approach to business. They are now at the stage where they can facilitate the expansion of their sales and marketing team thus leading them to recruit for this position.

The salary and package on offer is as follows:
£45,000 - £50,000 Basic salary Discretionary bonus Band 4 Company car policy - (Up to £25,000) BUPA - Family cover Private pension
