Our client is looking for a Business Manager to join their highly successful leadership team with the purpose of ensuring the delivery of their customers key targets through a motivated and effective team. The role has a high degree of complexity and financial management so the successful candidate will have the ability to work on a large scale and possess strong commercial acumen.
You will ideally have come from an FMCG environment with a background in team management, either directly or in an overseeing capacity. You will have a strong understanding of grocery and independent retail and have a proven track record of developing strong relationships with customers. Strong analytical skills are important and you will be an accomplished presenter and negotiator. Above all, people in your team will have seen you as inspirational and a mentor.
