The Role: *Working with a brand which will need some modification for the market *Sourcing sites and new markets for concept - identification and negotiation *Creating a fun environment with good working culture for those in your team *Recruiting and attracting the best talent possible for the organisation *The ability to enthuse your team to build a following within a competitive customer-led market *Managing your time between developing yourself and the team around you *Full responsibility for negotiating with suppliers *Openings , development and brand implementation
The Person: *Keen to make a name for themselves *Ability to work under own stream and make decisions! *A proven man-manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results as operations director - ideally with restaurant experience *Excellent organisational and communication skills *Experience of working within a similar quality-orientated food services organisation *Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out Location: UK - National - ideally based South East
