A leading International engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Communications professional to develop and maintain their corporate and internal communications strategy. This will include supporting the roll out of the Groups Internet and intranet websites and the design and delivery of Group marketing materials, ensuring they support the achievement of business strategy and objectives.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Project lead for the review and redesign of the intranet sites ensuring they meet business and employee needs. - Design and deliver Group internal communications, ensuring relevant information is shared in the most appropriate and timely way to support business objectives and encourage employee engagement. - Design and deliver high quality, innovative corporate communication materials including input into the Annual Report design and the organisations corporate brochure. - Liaise with, and influence key stakeholders including the Executive team, Group HR and local Marketing teams. - Manage the delivery of brand and communications projects and activities.
It is imperative that you have experience of working within an International Corporate organisation, ideally within a HQ environment. You will also be required to travel internationally throughout the year, however this only equates to 2/3 trips.
