Marketing Executive
Birmingham
25-32K
9 month contract (potential to go perm)

Our client is a successful professional services company that operates in the UK and internationally. They're looking for an experienced and highly motivated marketing executive to work on their annual awards programme.

The job:

Promote the programme through established and new channels
Support the Marketing Manager to promote the programme externally through print materials, advertising, online and social media channels
Promote the programme internally
Coordinate and manage external judges and the awards process
Work closely with media partners and sponsors to ensure that they're promoting the programme
Ensure that the business maintains relationships with alumni and previous winners
Manage the application process, working with the business development teams

The person:

Marketing /business graduate or professional with business experience
At least 3 years experience working in a marketing role
Knowledge of the full marketing mix, online and offline
Able to handle multiple projects to specified deadlines
Understanding of event management
Experience utilising a marketing database
Strong written and verbal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good networking capability

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company and work on one of their flagship programmes. The ideal candidate will have worked within a large corporate/FS environment and will have experience project managing a similar type of programme
