THE ROLE: Working for a leading international education provider, reporting to the Group Director of Marketing, you will lead the planning, development and execution of marketing programs, products and services in the UK. In short this role is a brilliant all round, senior general management role where you will have complete access to board level and play a large part in the continued development of this leading organisation.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
You will lead a team to programme manage the achievement of these targets through marketing, sales and service units.
Reporting to, and deputizing for, the Marketing Director this general management role includes finance, HR, strategy & planning, project and programme management, business change and data analytics.
You role is to deliver full clarity and define the strategic direction of the marketing unit across the UK providing focus on all strategies, developments and implementation plans so they are aligned to organisational goals.
You will have full control of a £20million and strategic management of a £20m+ marketing budget while ensuring all business change activities are coordinated, resourced and controlled.
Providing data analysis and insight to the Marketing & Sales Unit and the broader university through a team of data specialists and business analysts.
The ideal candidatewill be commercially driven in a general management sense of the word with a strong background in strategic marketing or Product development, you will be able to communicate at all levels and deliver against a progressive environment and the overall bigger picture!
As an individual you will have the ability to lead, develop and structure compelling high profile business solutions, combined with a hands-on, results driven attitude. You will be a driven, successful, bright commercial manager with a passion for delivering best practice and high profile business improvement. You will have the ability to intellectually challenge and negotiate to Board Level.
THE PACKAGE:Basic Salary £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
