DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide business development support, advice and coaching to Partners
- Run effective targeting programmes and campaigns
- Track and measure the success of business development including conducting tender debriefs
- Provide Business Development support to key sectors across the region.
- Liaise closely with the Client Care and Information Specialists to ensure a co-ordinated and effective approach to marketing · Promote best practice and project manage tenders
· Keep a handle on the sales pipeline and 'encourage' Partners to create, follow-up and record leads
· Provide business development input into the regional and office plans
· Assist in national development of business development processes and tools in conjunction with the business development specialists around the country
