We are Hiring
2nd City Resourcing has grown considerably since our inception almost 3 years ago. We are currently a Midlands based business with offices in Birmingham and Nottingham and are looking to launch a new office in the North West. Whilst we currently have office space in Manchester City centre, we are not necessarily tied to this city.

We specialise in placing Marketing & Communications staff with SME and PLC client side businesses, many of whom work with us on an exclusive basis and respect our guidance in permanent appointments, interim management and consultancy.

Typically the candidates we represent work in brand, communications, direct marketing, ecommerce, marcoms, corporate communications, research & analysis and media & PR.

What stands us apart from our competitors?
We are accredited to the REC and a founding member of the Marketing, Media & Communications Committee which promotes best practice within the industry.

We operate a candidate management program that ensures we treat candidates as we would want to be treated. This provides regular contact and value added services such as CV critiques and interview practice and competency based training.

We are competitively priced but typically operate in the more executive end of the market.

What will you be doing?
As the business goes from strength to strength we are now looking for a Marketing Recruitment Consultant who wants to start our new location. This is an opportunity to shape the direction of the business and we would like to hear from interim or permanent consultants that understand the world we operate in.

You may be a marketer who enjoys the thrill of a pitch and has some experience of hiring your own members of staff and would now like exposure to something new.
