This leading international law firm is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Capital Markets group, and support this practice through the delivery and project management of business plans, sales support activities, client development programmes and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the development of the group's business development strategy, and client focus initiatives, and motivating partners to undertake client development activities

· Leading the management and production of pitches and coaching partners on effective pitch presentation

· Working with the communications team to proactively lead the position of the practice as thought leaders

· Supporting the practice client teams to devise and implement relationship development plans, events and programmes

Ideally, you will be an experienced business developer and marketer from a professional services environment with experience of managing bids, tenders and proposals. In addition, you will have broad experience in dealing with senior management and key stakeholders, as well as well-developed coaching, influencing and presentation skills.
