Marketing Executive PR agency Central London - £25,000 - £30,000

This medium size award winning PR agency has its roots in B2B PR for the media industry with clients across the broadcast, digital and print (media) areas. In the last five years they have branched out and now work across digital, consumer (food, drink and travel) and more.
They are looking for a Marketing Executive to co-ordinate the marketing strategy and deliver all elements of the marketing plan. Reporting in to the Managing Director you will work alongside the agency's internal PR team.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

· Developing and delivering marketing communications campaigns across all channels
· Preparing marketing collateral including DM material
· Maintaining and progressing the company website
· Organising company and journalist events
· Managing and briefing external suppliers
· Delivering the new business strategy including maintaining the new business database, generating leads and building prospect lists
· Working with the internal PR team to ensure the PR strategy aligns with the marketing strategy
· Developing a detailed understanding of the market and potential customers and monitoring competitor activity
· Developing processes for monitoring the success of the marketing and new business programme
· Taking ownership of and developing the client retention plan

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:

· Proven marketing experience across the mix, preferably but not essentially B2B
· A broad knowledge of all sectors of the PR industry including consumer, trade and B2B
· Creative skills and the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressured fast-paced agency environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience of producing marketing collateral and managing suppliers
· Experience of event management and online marketing is preferred
· Experience of managing marketing campaigns
· A keen interest in marketing, PR and the media
