Key Account Executive

Our client is a leading law firm with a strong reputation in the legal sector. This role will report to the Senior Key Account Manager and will look after some of the firm's most strategic and complex relationships. This is a target driven role and your success will be based on hitting defined KPIs for each client.
The job:
Document and maintain all elements of the Key Account Plan
Create agendas, attend and document information from meetings
Work with colleagues in CRM teams to fulfil internal and external client reporting requirements
Work closely with the campaign managers to track feedback, opportunities and actions
Executive internal communications strategy to ensure effective cross-firm activity
Review reports on a weekly basis and highlight key developments
Maintain the business development calendar
Act as a deputy to the Senior Key Account Manager when they are away
Be the first port of call for any ad hoc queries relating to your clients
The person:
Solid support experience, ideally gained in a client-led professional services environment
Strong CRM system skills
Excellent client service ethic
Confidence to interact with client partners and senior colleagues
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Sharepoint or equivalent portal design and maintenance skills an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
