A well-known UK based business is looking for a Head of Marketing.
This is a pivotal role, both internally and externally, which has responsibility for the full product and brand portfolio. You will be responsible for assessing, evaluating and developing the product and brands, to ensure strategic grow in both volume, value and market share. There is an appetite for new brands and products to be created using insight and innovation, aswell as driving success in existing lines.
You will have a large team to manage, oversee the entire product range plan, and have full accountability for P&L and budgets.
This is a really exciting position, which offers true autonomy and scope to own and develop strategy. It is also a very high-profile position, and the ideal candidate will have a suitably high success rate in their career to date.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have a combination of both retail and FMCG experience. You will have managed teams and budgets at a senior level, and have vast experience of inter-acting with senior stakeholders.
Product and Brand Management will be a stand-out skillset on your c.v., as will an excellent track record of progression through companies with strong brand propositions.
