CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Design and execute propositions, from concept to implementation.
*Define and deliver end to end Customer Experience.
*Identify, manage and own improvements to existing propositions and process.
*Advise on technical suitability of new products and liaise with technical teams/individuals to ensure that new propositions/changes to existing propositions are valid and valuable.
*Project Management of process improvements and the implementation of existing propositions.
*Embed customer fact base across all customer touch points.
*Support Business Development Manager and Channel owners to improve process efficiency and sales/retention through all channels.
*Ability to dissect information and present recommendations to peers and senior management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

As an individual you will have the ability to lead, develop and structure compelling high profile business solutions, combined with a hands-on, results driven attitude. You will be a driven, successful, bright Marketer with a passion for delivering best practice in every project that you role out.
