Job Description

As the Senior Brand Retail Manger you will be completely responsible for the development, design of the look and feel of one of the UK's leading Automotive Brands through their distribution network. You will drive change and exceed best practice and excellence in what is a challenging and progressive environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Leadership of retail marketing strategy, both at the centre and with the distribution networks, retail channels
·Develop and deliver a marketing plan for new, used, fleet and aftersales markets and agree with functional heads and head of Marketing.
·Lead a team of three marketing professionals employed both directly and through third party suppliers.
·Oversee the effective delivery of marketing activity.
·Manage the day to day agency performance for the production of all sales collateral, currently supplied via a £1M+ creative agency and print contract.
·Develop and sustain credibility with colleagues and senior management in the UK, to support them in the delivery of shared objectives
·Measure and report on the effectiveness of activity in driving sales.
·Monthly report on budget spend and forecast.
·Regular reporting on activity including measures against agreed objectives

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS: You will have a can do attitude and be looking to see genuine results within an autonomous environment. You will be tactful have a great strategic marketing mind and have the personality to be able to operate at board level.
