Job Description

Denholm's client is a market leader and is currently looking for an experienced candidate to cover maternity for a 12 month period. The role will support the Commercial Marketing Manager with the creation and implementation of marketing plans.

Working across the business you will have good interpersonal skills and manage relationships both internally and externally.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Product development activity such as value proposition and target market development
• Involvement with business planning, contributing a marketing perspective to business plans and advising on resource requirements
• Campaign planning and management
• Event planning in regards to corporate conferences and exhibitions
• Producing marketing materials and collateral
• Tracking statistics using spread sheets and in-house systems

The successful candidate will be working on a range of Marketing, PR and Events Management activities. You will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of Marketing and communications planning to support marketing and sales tactics such as, collateral development, direct marketing, lead generation activities and events.  

With the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be a graduate in either marketing or business related discipline and will have strong experience in a dedicated marketing or communications role. This will need to be in a B2B environment ideally within professional services or the energy sector.
