Job description:
To rollout an effective launch and ongoing marketing strategy for affluent consumers in the UK market. Manage the strategic marketing direction and effectively work across teams to develop launch, acquisition and lifecycle management programmes to drive the division key target areas and roll out a range of tactical initiatives including creative development, copywriting, ongoing customer communication and education, promotions and advertising whilst ensuring consistent brand messages across multiple channels From an acquisition perspective, develop and implement strategies to drive existing client uptake as well as new client acquisition. Develop and implement a lifecycle management programme which looks at all activities including early engagement, activation, spend, loyalty, retention etc. across channels Manage relationships with numerous external vendors including advertising agencies, public relations personnel, production and mailing houses Where appropriate work with other third party suppliers Ensure UK marketing collateral output is appropriately positioned and clearly differentiated Continually communicate plans to internal audiences, across geographies. Ensure all marketing campaigns are effectively measured. Analyse existing client base to recommend marketing initiatives as well as analyse campaign results and communicate these effectively. Use the test, learn and refine philosophy to drive future initiatives. Manage the divisional marketing budget.
Experience
A university degree at 2:1 level Significant years marketing experience Marketing experience in luxury brands, ideally Demonstration of agency management experience and good project management skills Experience in campaign management - ability to juggle a number of different projects at once Creative flair and a good understanding of brand Ability to work with a number of different senior stakeholders Ability to have hands on approach Effective budget management skills Effective analytical skills
