Strategic Business Development and Communications role with managerial responsibilities
About the Client
The business has doubled in the last 5 years and you will be joining an established marketing team that has already had fantastic results. This is a mid tier, top 70 UK law firm and is striving to differentiate itself from the crowd by offering its clients such additional services as advice in public affairs, corporate communications and public and media relations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director you will have direct line responsibility for the Marketing and BD team. You will work to develop the Business Development and Communications Strategies while managing the team to ensure these plans are implemented.
What Were Looking For
· Strong consultancy, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills combined with drive, intellectual rigour and personal integrity
· Excellent knowledge of the legal market and of the appropriate competitors, publications, journals, clients in one or more of these practice areas
· Client and service delivery focused - ability to establish credibility with Partners, understand, deliver and manage their expectations.
· Strong communication and presentation skills to build effective relationships with the Partners and fee earners across the firm
· Experienced in managing others
