Our client, one of the leading global professional services firms, is looking to recruit a talented Business Development Director to drive results for the Firm. This role will focus on their highest priority accounts and will be responsible for conducting rigorous account planning and management, as well as working with the global account team to drive relationships to ensure client satisfaction. This role is client facing and as such we are looking for talented sales and business development candidates who have experience selling professional services.
You will be expected to make significant contributions to sales strategy and will have well developed financial skills. This role will take the lead on establishing and developing relationships at target clients, and leading the pursuit of major business opportunities working closely with key partners.
You must be comfortable managing complex sales processes and long sales cycles, and able to sell solutions in many and varied business scenarios. You will have strong project management skills and an opportunistic attitude to work. You must be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving sales targets and will have exposure to target account selling.
