Customer Experience Consultants
£50,000 - £90,000 Package + Bonus
Location: London and New York

Are you passionate about the customer experience? Do you have an intuitive feel for what makes a successful retailer successful? Do you understand why customers clamour for one service brand but reject another? If the answer to these questions is yes, this role in a high-profile innovation consultancy could be for you. Our client is looking for several new recruits for its UK team and someone who can head up a new team in its US office.

Our ideal candidate
These roles are all about developing unique new ideas and propositions for major service clients so direct experience in this area is key, most likely with a major retailer, leisure, service or call-centre based operation. Your ability to think in an original way, get under the consumer’s skin and sell your ideas are taken as read, but if you can inspire others around you, spot profitable business opportunities and help bring new concepts to market, you will undoubtedly carve out a strong and rewarding position for yourself.
