Main Duties & Responsibilities (Job Description)
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Business to Business Sales within the marketing function, operating at CEO level with a strong ability to influence. This is a role which requires a high level of professionalism and the determination to ensure targeted results.
Ideally but not essentially, you will come from a property background.
Key Accountabilities
· Contribute to the highly creative and impactful marketing campaigns which support the business objectives for the companies London Portfolio
· Coordinate and execute all business-to-business property marketing activity across the London Portfolio (project identities, communication strategies, P&L accountability and PR)
· Execute relevant marketing activity, including brief writing, commissioning and managing all relevant external agencies (design, copy, media, digital and PR)
· To be the key contact for all key stakeholders, ensuring they are briefed, kept up-to-date and consulted at the appropriate time
· Maintain a high level of brand respect and admiration amongst the target audience across London through intelligent and creative marketing
· Assist in the production of general London Portfolio marketing collateral as directed.
· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
· To continually look for innovative solutions to the marketing campaigns of the London Portfolio
Day to day responsibilities:
· Planning and managing projects from initial brief writing through to delivery and evaluation
· Working with and managing a roster of highly creative and innovative design agencies to deliver marketing projects
· Liaise with internal customers to ensure that the marketing programmes are aligned to the specific business objectives
· Day to day budget administration: managing and tracking project budgets, processing of purchase orders with appropriate record of estimate and invoice
· To assist in the continual maintenance of the image / artwork library
· Manage internal and external suppliers to ensure that all campaigns are delivered to time and budget parameters
· Evaluate and report back on all marketing activity
Evaluation and reporting :
· Ensure all campaigns and activities are fully tracked and evaluated (looking at campaign performance against campaign objectives)
· Manage internal and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to budget
