Job Title: Director, Commercial Development

Company: 1001 Inventions

Location: Mayfair office, London

Reporting to: CEO

 

Job description:

This is a senior position reporting directly to the CEO. The main goal of this candidate would be to develop and execute a business plan for commercializing current company brands and assets. This includes market feasibility analysis, product costing and pricing, finance strategy, budget management, development of revenue opportunities, and setup of distribution channels.

 

Requirements

 

·         Director or CEO level experience.

·         Successful experience at launching and developing startup companies, and building them to small/mid size companies.

·         Successful experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.

·         Bachelor degree in related field, and 8+ years of working experience.

 

Skills

 

·         Strong leadership skills.

·         Strong product-based business experience.

·         Multi-tasking, and ability to work well under deadlines.

·         Goal-oriented, self-motivated and work well in team environments.

·         Strong financial management skills.

 

Benefits

 

·         £70,000 per year base salary

·         50% bonus upon reaching revenue goal

·         26 days paid leave per annum
