A rare opportunity for a senior qualitative specialist to move away from day-to-day focus group moderation and management into a position which will focus on commercial strategy, client relationship development and service development.
This leading international group is evaluating their current qualitative business. The goal is to make the business the leading qualitative name in the UK and Internationally and as a result they are looking for senior talent to help implement creative, operational, commercial and management strategy.
This position needs a "thought leader" who can think both creatively and practically, while also reviewing the business needs, recruitment, staff development and how the qualitative business engages with its clients. Applicants for this role are likely to be at Research Director level or above and come from a credible qualitative background, gained either in qual consultancies, established qual agencies/groups or brand/advertising/planning.
