Managing Director for Reputation Institute (RI) UK
Responsibilities
P/L responsibility for RI UK including development and implementation of budget and business plan.
Building a team in the UK market equipped to execute the business plan
Lead project contact including responsibility for use of resources, profit, margin, deadlines and quality
Full sales and marketing responsibility
Criteria for success in year 1
Create growth: increase number of clients, increase gross revenue, increase number of employees, maintain profit
Sell projects under the range of services of RI
Brand RI as an integrated consulting house
Attract, retain, develop and motivate excellent team
Promote RIs values pioneering, committed and rigorous
Experience
Documented experience and success with major UK-based clients in defining, selling and delivering projects/managing portfolios within consulting services, market research, reputation management, brand management, communication strategy and planning
Documented results as a team leader
Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Masters degree (MBA, Marketing, Communications or similar)
Have 10 - 15 years of advisory experience from a strategy consulting firm, branding firm, advertising agency or research company
Be a driven and entrepreneurial candidate who is a strong communicator, presenter and listener, as well as a proven organizational leader
Have exposure and skill in the areas of strategy development, stakeholder communications/ engagement, and project management
Be interested and experienced in corporate marketing, corporate reputation, and corporate branding
Be willing to travel occasionally
Have English to the highest standard. Speaking other languages is a plus
Salary package
Starting at £60-70K basic, the salary package is competitive and will be finalised based on qualifications, skills and experience. Bonus and incentives will also feature.
