Our client is a highly successful and well-established research agency, looking for a talented and entreprenurial individual to head up their consumer division. 

This role will suit an individual who is looking to lead a successful team, growing the division and leading on key research projects with clients.  You will be able to drive the division forward, in terms of revenue and development of the team members.  You should be someone who can work closely with your team to help them deliver actionable insights, pitch at a senior level for new business, and develop key accounts.  You will have P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have research agency experience working within consumer research, with proven man-management and key account handling skills.  You will have a solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods and will be able to pitch for new business.  You should also have had budget handling experience in previous roles.
