A top ten Architectural Firm is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Director to join their high profile international firm.

As the leader of the Business Development team the Director will be responsible for;

- Conducting analysis
- Set the Strategy
- Manage the delivery of the business development and marketing functions within the UK
- Assisting in developing the Company Business Development Strategy
- Generate tactical plans to achieve growth in the target and existing markets

The successful applicant for the post of Business Development Director will have knowledge and understanding of:

- Construction project funding
- Market analysis
- Role of Professional Consultants
- Economic forecasting and analysis
- Business development techniques and standards
- Ability to achieve effective working relationships with professionals at all levels and disciplines
