Marketing & Design Executive
£40 55K (12-14 month FTC)
Mayfair, LondonOur client is a leading London based developer/property investor, specialising in the high-end market of design led property in alternative areas of the city. Their portfolio ranges from medium sized commercial properties (100,000 sq/ft) to cluster developments in urban regeneration schemes - multi-billion pound portfolio, with over 200 unique assets.
Reporting to the Marketing & Design Manager your responsibility will be to manage and develop marketing campaigns on behalf of the company in relation to their commercial property holdings. Core areas of the role will include the following:
Property Marketing
Marketing of print production and advertising full oversight of brochures, flyers and strategic sales advertising.
Marketing management relationships with copywriters, designers, and photographers.
Co-ordinating design specifications and market information demands.
Press and Publicity control and liaison with selected PR companies.
Event management control and liaison with events partners.
Online marketing, web development and content management.
Corporate Marketing
Annual reports liaising with Finance for key company figures.
Helping with the commissioning of key designers/architects.
Sponsorship management.
Development of CSR and charity partner relationships.
Budget control.
A Marketing degree/qualification (CIM) with previous exposure within the property sector, coupled with an understanding of the print process is highly advantageous. Candidates must have first class communications skills, an eye for design and the arts, with ability to deal with multiple projects at the same time.
