Stage Technologies is a leading automation technology company, focused on mechanical, electrical and software engineering for the live entertainment industry.
We are seeking an experienced, Sales and Marketing officer to help with marketing, sales and PR within the company. Initially this is to cover Maternity leave but for the right candidate there could be some long term opportunities. This is an exciting challenge for any individual who would like to become involved in working for a rapidly growing company.
The role will have a wide variety of responsibilities, working closely with the Commercial and Marketing directors and assisting them in achieving their objectives in the UK and globally.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assist in acquiring profitable clients:
Fielding incoming sales leads (first point of contact for incoming sales calls and website enquires)
Produce sales presentations for sales managers
Communications-internal and external e.g. newsletters. Electronic and traditional
Website updates
Database management
Sales literature:
Manage and develop further sales literature
Assist in the preparation of client tender documentation
Responsible for ordering all business cards, literature and company promotional items (e.g. clothing).
Events and conferences:
The coordination and management, of participation at exhibitions and events.
Product development and knowledge
General Market:
Continuously monitor competitors and analyse their marketing material
Continuously monitor press activity in our market sector
Maintain and develop press relations
Take responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge
Create strategic plan for press activity
Write press releases
