Job Description

My client is a well respected PLC, residential developer creating large-scale developments across the South East. They now wish to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to join the team. You will be responsible for the sales & marketing function of the region, with a directly employed sales team reporting into your Sales Managers.

This is a full 360 degree role and will be involved with land appraisal, deciding mix, marketing profile, PR and  setting and executing the sales strategy.  You are an experienced housebuilding Sales & Marketing Director with a dynamic and can-do attitude. You have a demonstrable track record gained within the volume housebuilding sector, ideally with both flats and houses. 

You are able to drive your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and develop their skills to be the best they possibly can be. You have a robust and commercial attitude towards business and are able to sell within what is still a tough environment. As well as existing Sales Directors my client will consider a Managing Director with a sales background and is also open to candidates with relevant experience (UK Housebuilding) who wish to relocate.
