A leading company in performance measurement for commercial real estate is looking for a Senior Sponsorship Manager to join their exciting and rapidly growing Business Development team. The company is a global business with a presence in 23 countries, covering Europe, America, South Africa, Australia and Asia.
The candidate will be responsible for the management and development of the company's sponsorship packages globally and working with their subsidiary offices worldwide to develop and deliver opportunities to their clients in order to maximise the company's sponsorship revenue.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a sponsorship, sales or account management role, ideally within property or real estate
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills and good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work loads
- Experience developing programs and materials to leverage sponsorship investments and ensure effective implementation with relevant markets
· Evidence of leadership and influencing skills both with clients and internally within the business
