My client is seeking a Marketing Executive to work within there Liverpool office, successful candidate must have Professional services or Financial services background.
Key responsibilities
· Work with the business development manager and partners to put together annual marketing
campaigns to support business development plans.
· Work with partners and consultants to execute all marketing activities and liaise with the National Marketing, PR, Design and e-marketing teams as required.
· Project manage and co-ordinate all direct/e-mail campaigns, production of marketing materials,
planning and organisation for conferences, exhibitions, seminars, corporate hospitality,
· Liaise with national website manager to Keep Liverpool page information and events listings up to date
· Liaise with external PR consultant and national PR team to achieve a regular flow of media articles and press releases etc.
· Assist in the evaluation of marketing activities and identify ways to increase their effectiveness.
· Set up, attend and do minutes for departmental marketing and business development meetings
· Manage and monitor departmental marketing budgets.
· Where appropriate, managing part-time database / marketing administrator.
Personal and skills requirements
· Good understanding of range of marketing disciplines and their applicability/ value to professional services marketing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hands on/can do approach to all aspects of the role.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Confidence to work with and occasionally challenge senior consultants/partners.
· Capable of working on own initiative, sometimes unsupervised.
· Ability to quickly grasp the companies business and gain understanding of the marketplaces in which it
operates.
· Some professional services marketing experience.
· May have completed a recognised marketing qualification.
· Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
