Learning Operations Manager 11 Month Contract Oxford - £40,000 - £45,000- Depending on Experience (pro rata) plus benefits Ref 5846
We have recently registered an excellent contract role with our client, a successful organisation that delivers solutions through consultancy and training services. They are now recruiting for a Learning Operations Manager for an 11 month contract, as a maternity cover
The purpose of the role will be to take responsibility for the organisations Learning Operations Team to achieve service, efficiency and profitability targets. Key responsibilities will include:
·Managing and leading the Learning Operations team and Reception staff: setting and overseeing objectives and conducting regular one-to-ones with direct reports
·Proactively identifying and implementing improved Learning Operations processes and procedures to achieve enhancements to client service and optimising internal efficiency.
·Ensuring the team provides an effective, efficient and customer focused workshop booking and administration service for clients
·Contributing to business planning and developing the schedule of workshops for the upcoming year
·Supporting the development and implementation of new client offerings and the organisations ability to deliver flexible solutions to clients.
This is just a selection of the scope of the role, making it a challenging and varied position. This, combined with the open and progressive culture of the organisation, and the modern open plan offices, makes it a not-to-be-missed opportunity.
The ideal candidate will ideally be degree educated and will possess strong people management experience within the services sector. You will also have a track record of implementing customer care and service improvements. Ideally you will also have experience of successfully introducing and managing change in a service team environment
