Our client is a major global player in the increasingly competitive sector of behaviour based marketing services in the retail sector. A detailed understanding of customer behaviour, plus leading edge technology and analytical tools, allows the construction of effective customer centric marketing strategies. The initial results have exceeded all expectations and as a direct result, the scheme is to be rolled out into new areas of the business, hence this appointment.
This role will manage critical aspects of the companys key relationship with Sainsburys, which is expected to be one of the largest schemes of its kind in Europe.
Managing the client at a senior level, you will be responsible for building successful and enduring strategies that drive incremental sales efficiently and effectively.
You will be part of an experienced account team as well as receiving support from a team of data analysts. These resources combine to design and manage effective programmes and services, within account plans, that meet both internal and external objectives. You will have a thorough understanding of customer marketing within the retail sector and an equally strong knowledge of how retailers interact with their suppliers to achieve sustainable increases in sales.
