This role will cover Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME) and you will be responsible for initiating and managing all market research projects within the EAME region, whether they are initiated locally or by regional Franchise. There will be a major focus on consumer understanding, NPD evaluation and copy development.
Acting as an internal consultant, you will primarily work closely with the Franchise teams (based in the UK offices), to apply research solutions to business issues, to interpret results & make clear recommendations.
You will also interact with the Global Franchise marketing research team - incorporating learning from other regions where applicable and sharing those from your region.
Additionally, Market Research is an important partner to the R & D community, and as such we you will act as a consultant on the projects that are being run by them.
Some European travel is to be expected.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience gained from a previous senior research post. Also required is the ability to drive strategic thinking & to proactively influence the business through in depth consumer understanding & insight.
