About the Client

Leading business & consumer services brand

About the Role

Act as owner' of the loyalty programme across Europe
Manage specific loyalty programme builds and launches together with programme measurement

Analyse performance to inform the development, implementation and delivery of action plans

Develop and manage loyalty programme budget, acquisition, and/or revenue growth targets in collaboration with the wider marketing team

Develop and manage on line and off line marketing communications material and toolkits, including briefs, budget, communication, distribution and campaign roll out. Manage corresponding updates to web marketing

Manage programme updates and initiatives including reviewing results, communication schedule, programme improvements and providing feedback

Deliver customer insights to inform planning & development

Provide expertise and assist Marketing CoE team to follow best practice in developing loyalty programmes

What We're Looking For

Specific loyalty / CRM experience from a leading B2B/B2C brand/ blue-chip company - ideally with a European remit.
