Job Description

Based within the West Midlands my client is currently looking to hire a Communications Executive to take full responsibility for internal communications.

Although this role encompasses the full mix of marketing communications a main focus for this role is the development, planning and implementation of all internal communications.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the tone and mode of internal communications throughout the business ensuring consistent and accurate key business messages are delivered through targeted activity.

Alongside the above you will become the Editor for the key staff magazine ensuring all relevant information is included, this will also involve managing a series of creative agencies.

This post holder will be in constant contact with key figures within the business so excellent grammatical and verbal reasoning are required.

Experience Required

In order to be considered for the above position you should have the following skills and experience;

• 3-5 previous years of experience within the communications field
• Sound knowledge of Internal Communications
• Excellent copy writing and verbal communications skills
• Project Management knowledge is highly desirable
• Previous experience of delivering internal communications projects
