Head of Commercial Development, Worcester, Burton or Leeds, UK £60,000 - £70,000
 
As a senior member of the Business Development Function and reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership for the business on all matters relating to evaluation of commercial options, business performance and planning. You will also be responsible for the development of commercial strategies and tactics to drive market penetration in extracting value from products, market segments and capabilities.

Operating as the conscience of the business you will hold product and segment performance to account in building and leveraging capability to identify and evaluate actions to improve performance and drive a focus on increased value.

You will possess a strong commercial acumen with the proven ability to identify and develop opportunities in line with ambitious growth plans within a diverse and complex environment. You will be highly analytical with an ability to interpret complex business and market issues and prepare appropriate commercial evaluation as well as a strategic focus and commitment to delivering results.
