Our client has the broadest diabetes product portfolio in the industry. They also have a leading position in areas such as haemostasis management, growth hormone therapy and hormone replacement therapy. They currently have a vacancy for an Education Product Manager in their diabetes marketing department in Crawley.
The purpose of this role is to manage the development of educational programmes, for Healthcare Professionals responsible for diabetes treatment within primary care, and patients, to support their objective of being the preferred partner to the NHS in diabetes care.
Some of the exciting activities associated with this role include developing their innovative MERIT educational programme in terms of content and reach. This will include regular updates to existing modules and the development of 2 new modules. You will run a programme to investigate new options for patient education and thereafter implementation of appropriate projects to develop high quality, innovative education materials. This involves working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, the nursing team and medical.
You will champion their education brands and be a key driver of their success in supporting the company’s sales team and ensuring the ongoing high regard for our client as the leading provider of diabetes educational tools.
The person they are looking for will have a relevant marketing / business qualification or equivalent and be ABPI qualified. You need to be able to demonstrate success as a pharmaceutical sales representative and have marketing experience from a product / brand management role. Ideally you will have previous experience of website development / management.
Good communication skills, flexibility, initiative, planning and organising and the ability to work under pressure and to deadline are just some of the essential skills that we are looking for. You must be fluent in English and have a valid driving licence.
