Blue Chip retailer with international outlets seeks a Strategic Marketing Consultant with excellent industry understanding. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs leading retailers to help build the business through effective strategic marketing.
The Role
As a Strategic Marketing Consultant you will be responsible for delivering strategic thinking around core business issues. You will ensure that the success of this retail business continues growing, using your market knowledge and marketing skills gained through working in a similar capacity.
Your role will include:
Delivering strategic reviews and strategic analysis
Assessing categories in order to ensure maximum return
Using insight to enhance the customer offering across categories
Management responsibility for an analyst
Make recommendations to increase profit, e.g. pricing, promotion, etc.
Liaise with external agencies
Work in conjunction with senior colleagues on group issues
The Person
We are looking for someone with an excellent background in marketing, who understands how to build sales and profit through effective marketing techniques.

Proven track record of delivering effective marketing strategies
Ability to draw insight from data to drive commercial issues
Strategic thinking, project delivery and presentation skills
