Commercial Marketing Manager Construction Industry

Ł30 - Ł35k + Bens + car/allowance.

LEEDS.

Our client is a growing, dynamic organization delivering building services projects to the UK construction industry and seeks a committed individual to help spearhead growth. The company aims to improve the delivery of new products and services to its clients and communicate with target audiences in an impactful way.

The Role

   Reporting to the Managing Director as a senior member of the management team.
   Help fill the sales pipeline and promote the company externally.
   Develop plans aimed at business growth and fully exploit the clients strengths and skills in the market.
   Manage customer relationships and champion the brand.
   Manage marcomms and day-to-day marketing activity.

The Candidate

   Strategic, confident and self-motivated with knowledge of construction industry issues at macro and micro levels and a proven track record in delivering the full marketing mix.
   Keen eye for detail with strong communication skills and decisive approach.
   Sales experience / knowledge of sales issues desirable.

Knowledge of the construction industry, its structure and routes to market are essential.
