Financial Services Sales & Marketing Director
North of England
Six Figure Salary Plus Benefits, Bonus

Our client, a £100m turnover business backed by very substantial and sound institutions, provides essential support for IFAs - both in Network and Directly Authorised. Current retail market conditions and our client's balance sheet strength make this an ideal time to drive revenue through recruitment and enhanced support.

This role focuses on that sales activity through specialised sales teams. But equally, there is the opportunity to fully capitalise on your knowledge and experience of selling to IFAs by maintaining the profitability and attractiveness of the brand range in the portfolio.

To succeed as the Financial Services Sales & Marketing Director you will have significant senior level experience in Sales and Marketing, and a background within the Financial Services industry.

The ideal candidate will also have the following:

- a degree (or equivalent) from a top University
- the ability to build trust, drive others, communicate effectively and drive execution
- the ability to maintain professional relationships that meet company core values

If you have confidence in your ability to manage and develop both the sales performance and the brand edge in an organisation of 60 people - our client would like to hear from you.
