A busy and dynamic marketing communications agency based near Croydon are now looking for a Senior PR Account Executive. The agency works mainly with clients in the engineering and industrial sector with core activities in public relations, contract publishing and design.
You’ll be given plenty of responsibility in the role of Senior PR Account Executive with lots of contact with both clients and journalists, so you’ll need good communication skills and be outgoing and confident. Working closely with an Account Director you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your writing skills and to come up with good ideas whilst planning feature articles.
There is a lot of liaison with internal and external contacts and you need to be really well organised to make sure everything comes together on time. Attention to detail is a must as you will need to check work for any errors before it goes to the client.
The absolutely perfect candidate will have relevant degree, a couple of years public relations experience, ability to understand engineering jargon (or willingness to learn), a stickler for detail and an all round great person.
