Communications Assistant (contract)

Our client based in Hampshire are looking to take on a Communications Assistant. This role will provide support to the Communications Team by carrying out a range of marketing activities to improve and enhance the company's communications function, promoting a positive image, ensuring messages are communicated in an effective and efficient manner.
Role & Skills required:
To assist the Communications Manager in ensuring the delivery of timely and effective communications to all Trust staff
To assist in the design, writing and publication of the company's Annual Report
To be responsible for the distribution of internal communications
To assist the Marketing and Events Coordinators with events, exhibitions, promotions, public consultation exercises, including the Annual General Meeting
To work with the team to cover key responsibilities in the absence of other team members.
Working with the Communications Team to maintain the contacts database of internal and external stakeholders and media contacts
To assist the Communications Team in administering 'emails to all' to ensure they are only used for essential corporate information to staff.
To ensure the Intranet site is regularly updated with the latest information for staff
