This year we will be increasing representation for our current clients and expanding our portfolio following successful test markets. This means we are currently seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing customer services & client representation team. 

ABOUT SMC: 
We're a promotional marketing firm based in Glasgow that specializes in new customer acquisition through face to face presentations for our clients' potential customers. We act as a compliment to traditional forms of mass media marketing with a direct approach that produces new, profitable customers on the spot. Our methods and focus on customer service has proven to be the most effective way to saturate a target market. 

If you've worked with customers in the past and you enjoy interacting with people, we may hold the key to your future! 

As a customer service client representative you will put your customer service skills to use on a daily basis by explaining the benefits of our clients' services to their targeted audience face-to-face. You will also learn to answer customer queries, handle objections, and complete new customer registrations during in house presentations.
