I am currently recruiting for an Interim Web and Communications Officer position for a public sector organisation in the Leicester area.  This role needs someone with fantastic all round communications knowledge but is looking for someone with a strong awareness of emarketing techniques and website management.
The successful applicant to this role will report to the communications manager on a day to day basis, and will work with a wide variety of people internally and externally to provide effective communications support through all channels.  These channels include, events, PR, media and publications. 
As a significant portion of this persons time will be devoted to reviewing and revising the organisations website and intranets it is essential that you have web development experience including content management, have the ability to write copy and also ideally have a qualification relating to online marketing/development.
You must have an eye for detail and have a good balance of creative and analytical skills.  This is a great opportunity to develop you skills so I look forward to hearing from you!!
